Terminaux de Seine operates five container terminals: Bonneuil sur Marne (94), Evry (91), Limay (78), Longueil Sainte Marie (60), Paris La Bourdonnais (75). L'Île de France is the first consumer marketplace in France and the second in Europe.
The total surface area of these sites spans over 80,000 sq meters. Terminaux de Seine is a stevedore and its customers are mainly barge operators, shipping companies and carriers.
Terminaux de Seine uses sea-river shipping procedures and its platforms serve as temporary storage facilities. This allows early customs clearance and a cash advance for the payment of customs duties.
In August 2012, Terminaux de Seine established the first urban traffic distribution in Paris for Franprix stores in partnership with Norbert Dentressangle.
In 2013, Terminaux de Seine and Paris Terminal SA developed together the concept of “Cloud Containing” creating a single warehouse in Ile-de-France by regrouping its 6 platforms, representing a storage capacity of 300,000 sq meters or 18 000 TEU.
